Human Capital Mauritius is led by its CEO, Rookny Kaviraj, a seasoned business leader.

Kavi spent most of his career in the finance world advising on and implementing tax efficient structures. He worked at Abax Corporate Services (now Ocorian), Turnstone Corporate and Ninety East Financial. His functions led him to serving as director and senior officer at management level on numerous enterprises in sub Saharan Africa where he has contributed immensely as well as gained a diversified knowledge and understanding of various trades. In 2016, Kavi joined the Immobilus group of Companies a diversified group mainly engaged in the property development business. Kavi’s main functions at Immobilus was to bring more structure to the already successful business and to accompany it in its next phase of growth. Over the last two years Kavi has contributed immensely in the Human Capital Revolution that we are bringing about and will be called to lead the African Strategy of the Human Capital Network in a very near future.
